My fascination with bacon never ends. And today, Matt sent me this beautiful blog post about someone using bacon to create little bacon-dishes for a breadless BLT. OMG AMAZING.

*Ahem* It has come to my attention that you have posted a few posts with credits to a Matt we all know and love. I would just like to say, that *I* showed them to Matt first!
I spend many an hour blog surfing on daily basis (shhh, it’s called “research”). I just think that maybe MY efforts should be acknowledged too. Because I know of the predilection that you both have for the fine taste of bacon, I am especially diligent to make sure that those links are passed on in a timely manner.
One post and I can be the bigger person and let it slide, but this is becoming a chronic issue. I have refrained in the past from asking for your IM address, so as not to bombard you with the many valuable links that I find each day (Matt, unfortunately, is contractually obligated to tolerate my bombardment), however, I may have to start skipping the middle man and going straight to the source. I’m just sayin’!
