Why is Fox News allowed to exist?

Personally, watching this makes me sick to my stomach. It’s funny that we’re supposed to watch these people on Fox News, who I’ve never heard of, and don’t seem to be that intelligent nor well-read, talk down about a guy who is just speaking openly about his personal opinions, which is his free will to do.

forgive me for linking to this, but I’m really pretty annoyed that this is Fox NEWS!!! Since when do news channels and programs dub over people, making them sound mentally retarded. Blech. This is disgusting.

Granted, Jon Stewart makes fun of people all day, but he’s on a channel called Comedy Central, and has defended himself by saying that the show that comes on after him is a bunch of puppets making prank phone calls. Also, he’s not disrespectful like this. Irreverent? Yes, but not grossly disrespectful.

I completely agree. This whole clip sounds like a desperate and childish “I am rubber you are glue” attack on character. What ever happened to real punditry? This is equivocation at it’s worst.

I’ve never really had an immediate disgust for Republicans, but how things are progressing . . . ug. Fox is such a republican vessel they should be sued, spanked and banished.

you can find the original clip of matt damon expressing his thoughts on youtube (they didn’t even show the correct video) it’s actually very thoughtful and he makes some valid points.
